I’ve been working on Container Carrier and General cargo ships during last 5 years in position of 3rd Engineer. I can weld and work a little on a lathe machine. Have full set of Russian and Ukrainian documents, all seaman's books and temporary registrations. I worked in mixed crews and speak English at an intermediate level. Valid US Visa. Results of Seagull tests and recommendations for promotion attached. Ready to consider all offers for vessels with main propulsion plant at least 9,000 kilowatts, including repairs.
