This course will cover oil and gas field development plan which outlines how a company intends to develop a petroleum field, manage the impact on the environment as well as forecast for production and cost. This course will also include development concept including cost, schedule and the economics of the oil and gas field followed by fabrication, installation, hook-up commissioning of facilities. Operation and production of hydrocarbon will cover process of extracting the hydrocarbons and separating the mixture of liquid hydrocarbons, gas, water and solids. Finally, at the end of life of a facility, there is a need for decommissioning and restoration of the site to a safe condition.
